Significant Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to 10,000 Prize Pool Tournament promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

1. The Promotion runs from 00:00:01 (CET) on Thursday 23rd April 2026 until 23:59:59 (CET) on Monday 27th April 2026 (the Promotion Period).
2. The provider of this Promotion is Pragmatic Play (Gibraltar) Limited of registered office address: Unit 1.22, World Trade Center, 6 Bayside Road, Gibraltar (‘Pragmatic’). 
3. This is an exclusive promotion with an estimated amount of $10,000.00 of prize pool.
4. Players located in Ireland cannot participate in this Promotion.
5. Participation is open to registered and fully verified users of the website/app.
6. Participation is subject to compliance with the Company’s Terms of Use and below Terms and Conditions.
7. When a player opens a participating game during the active leaderboard period, they will need to click on the ‘Join Now’ button within the pop-up notification.
8. Selected Games are Pragmatic slot games made available for participation in the Promotion during the Promotion Period. 
9. The minimum spin value to participate in the Leaderboard is the lowest spin stake on each Selected Game.
10. Points will be accumulated based on the total amount of bets placed on the Selected Games during the Promotion Period. Each spin will count toward point of accumulation according to the actual bet amount placed, regardless of the outcome of the spin.
11. The leaderboard score multiplier is set at 1x.
12. The points of accumulation ratio will be as follows:
    Each $/€/£1 wagered equals 1 point. For example: Player stakes $/€/£2 → receives 2 points, Player stakes $/€/£10 → receives 10 points.
13. Bets placed using Free Spins   will count toward the accumulation of points only if explicitly stated.   
14. Cancelled, reversed, refunded, or void bets/spins, and any spins affected by game malfunction or technical error, will not count towards the Promotion and may be removed from the leaderboard.

Prizes & Prize Breakdown:

1. The total prize fund for the Promotion is an estimated amount of $10,000.00 in cash.
2. The amounts are estimated and may be more, or less, depending on currency conversions, as well as numbers of players.
3. Prizes and in-game amounts will be displayed and awarded in your account currency.
4. The 1:1 conversion rate will be applied to the accounts using GBP and EURO. The 1:1.5 conversion rate will be applied to the accounts using CAD.
5. Prizes will be added to your account balance within 72 hours of the Leaderboard ending (or as soon as possible, if there are technical or processing difficulties).
6. All prizes awarded in this Promotion will be paid in cash. 
7. No wagering required.
8. Each user is eligible to win one prize only, unless otherwise stated.
9. In the event of a tie, the player who achieves the relevant points FIRST will be ranked higher. This is the process for all tournament criteria used. 
10. A total prize pool of $10,000 will be distributed among 185 ranked winners. The corresponding ranked prize distribution table is set out below:

11. The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum prize amount and/or the number of prizes awarded to any participant.
12. The tournament is intended for personal use only and is non-transferable.

How To Play

During the Promotion Period:

1. To participate, open one of the Selected Games and opt-in by pressing ‘Join Now’ button. 
2. Play the Selected Games to earn points based on your sum of bets. 
3. Results will be released once the Leaderboard is over. The final leaderboard positions will be determined by the Company after verification of qualifying play and may be adjusted to reflect cancelled, void, or invalid bets.
4. In the event of a tie, the player who achieves the win/points FIRST will be ranked higher. This is the process for all tournament criteria used.
5. Click on the cup  icon in the top left corner to see if you qualify for a prize.  

Additional Promotion Terms

1. Neither Pragmatic nor 888 will be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from events beyond their reasonable control.  
2. Pragmatic and/or 888 reserve the right to amend or cancel the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, where required due to legal or regulatory reasons. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior. 

General Terms and Conditions

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
   1. using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
   2. sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
   3. colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;

   5. purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
   1. void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
   2. remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
3. 888 reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
   1. receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
   2. place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
   3. materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
5. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by 888 that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the 888 website, the 888 iOS or 888 app.

If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
10.
