The following are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of the “Monday Motivation Promotion” (the 'Promotion') for www.888casino.com (the “Site”). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited, otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the contracting company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (please see below) ('888casino', 'us', or 'we', or 'our'). 1. This Promotion is valid until 31/12/2025, 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”). 
2. You may only enter this Promotion up to 1 time, every Monday, during the Promotion Period.

B.1 General promotion terms

5. Deposits made with Skrill or NETELLER [payment methods] are not eligible for the offer made under this Promotion.
6. A random amount of up to 10-100 Free Spins will be credited to the player's account immediately after a successful deposit with the code.
7. Players located in Northern Ireland cannot participate in this Promotion.

9. The entire Free Spins credited to a player's account must be used within 14 days of being credited to a player’s account, unused Free Spins and any accumulated winnings that have not met the wagering requirements will be removed from the account thereafter.

11. Odds of winnings differ amongst each deposit.
12. The Free Spins may not be exchanged for cash.

14. Free Spins are valid for selected games only and can be divided in any way between those games. 888 reserves the right to modify the games selection on occasion.
15. Free Spin wins are granted only after the member has finished playing all their Free Spins.
16. Maximum wins generated using Free Spins are equal to the amount of Free Spins granted.
17. Free Spin wins are automatically converted into a Bonus and are subject to the Bonus wagering and all other Bonus terms.
18. Free Spin wins and the Bonus are not applicable for Sport or Poker bets.
19. To withdraw the Bonus and any winnings generated by the Bonus as well as the Free Spin wins the relevant amount must be wagered 30 times within 90 days from the relevant date of the claim.
20. If you choose to withdraw your original deposit amount before completing the wagering requirements as aforementioned in this section, the Bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be canceled.

25. 888casino may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the Bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a Bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.
26. If you have a pending message on the Site’s regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any Bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
27. If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any Bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such Bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement.

Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account If you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once your Available Funds balance is zero. The foregoing will not apply to your use of Free Spins, FreePlay and Jackpot vouchers, which can use at any time.
29. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us. With respect to a Pending Bonus, you may only fulfil any wagering requirements, using Available Funds and any wagers placed using Restricted Funds will in no way count to fulfilling the wagering requirements.
30. Restricted Funds will only be available for use once the following conditions are met: (i) your Available Funds balance is zero (ii) all Sports bets are settled (iii) all Poker tournaments you have enrolled in are completed, and (iv) all real money game sessions are closed and related bets have been settled.
31. For the avoidance of doubt, if you place a wager on any FreePlay & Free Spin voucher using Restricted Funds, you will not be eligible to win the jackpot prize.

All Bonuses and promotional offers, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full. IF YOU RECEIVE ANY WINNINGS OR BONUSES (OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR BENEFIT) (“BENEFITS”) AS A RESULT OF ANY ERROR MADE BY US OR ON OUR BEHALF (WHETHER TECHNICAL OR MANUAL) IN CALCULATING, ALLOCATING OR DISTRIBUTING BENEFITS, WE MAY VOID THE BENEFITS AND, TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED OR BEEN CREDITED WITH A PAYMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SAME, YOU WILL REPAY THAT AMOUNT TO US OR WE MAY DEDUCT IT FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.
