$5 Registration Bonus Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the "WELCOME $5 BONUS" promotion (the "Promotion") for www.888casino.com ("888casino").

1. This Promotion shall be open only to persons who are located in the UK or Canada at the time of their participation in the Promotion. The Promoter shall remove any and all bonus granted under this Promotion and related winnings if such person participates in the Promotion from outside the listed countries.
2. This is an ongoing Promotion, currently without an end date. We will provide reasonable notice of when the Promotion is to come to an end (the "Promotion Period").
3. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons aged 18 and above or to persons who are over the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling service included on 888casino under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is higher ("Legally of Age").
4. Bonus is not valid for the selected games.
5. During their engagement, none of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors or white label partners are permitted to participate in the promotion, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' means any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
6. This promotion is limited to:
   • Players that have not yet received a registration bonus from either www.888casino.com or www.777.com.
   • One player per household, computer terminal, payment method account and/or mobile device.
7. If a person has already received a registration bonus from 888casino.com, or www.777.com, they will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
8. The Promotion shall be open ONLY to new players who have registered and opened a user account with 888casino for the first time during the Promotion Period and registered from a page featuring this Promotion. For the avoidance of any doubt, a person who has previously registered with 888casino or previously had an account with any site owned or operated by an entity within the 888 group of companies, shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion even if they re-register with 888casino during the Promotion Period.
9. The offer replaces the standard 888casino Registration Bonus.
10. You may not combine the registration offer under this Promotion with any other type of registration offer provided by the Company.
11. Under the terms of this Promotion, eligible players are entitled to a $5 bonus upon registration to 888casino ("Bonus").
12. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
13. Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account.
14. All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) will be forfeited when making a withdrawal.
15. The Bonus must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt of email from 888casino (by clicking on the “claim-link” in such e-mail), or otherwise it will be forfeited. The claim email will be sent after successfully completing the registration, and the Bonus will be credited to eligible player’s account after the same has been successfully claimed as explained above.
16. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
17. Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account.
18. Restricted Funds will only be available for use once the following conditions are met: (i) your Available Funds balance is zero (ii) all Sports bets are settled (iii) all Poker tournaments you have enrolled in are completed, and (iv) all real money game sessions are closed and related bets have been settled.
19. All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) will be forfeited when making a withdrawal.
20. Starting date 14/06/2021, the following will apply to all accounts that have not yet made a first deposit, in accordance with the Bonus Policy: With the exception of jackpot wins, wins generated through bonuses, and the total redeemable amount from bonuses, will be capped at $100.
21. Bonus expires within 90 days of granting.
22. Bonus must be wagered 30 times within 90 days from granting. If you choose to withdraw your original deposit amount before completing the wagering requirements as aforementioned in this section, the Bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled. Wagering contributions apply and vary by game. See Wagering Contributions Table.
23. If you have a pending message on 888casino cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such an event, the Bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
24. With the exception of jackpot wins, wins generated through the Bonus will be capped at $500.
25. All bonuses and promotional offers, and other benefits hereunder, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
26. If you contract with 888 UK Limited with respect to the User Agreement located here, if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus (as further described in Section 9.2 (k) in the Terms of Service) then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such User Agreement.
27. If you are playing outside of UK, with respect to point 15 in the Bonus policy located here, if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such User Agreement.
28. 888casino may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour, any such cancelation, modification, or suspension will not apply to any player that has opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered hereunder, and/or commenced play in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancelation, modification or suspension.
29. To the extent permitted by law, all provisions of this Promotion shall be severable and no provision shall be affected by the invalidity of any other provision.

Terms and Conditions Specific to a Jackpot win:

1. The winner of a jackpot and any other winnings under this Promotion shall be solely responsible for recording, paying and accounting to any relevant governmental, taxation or other authority for any tax or other levy that may be payable on any winnings paid to him/her.
2. The jackpot amount displayed on 888casino may be displayed in one currency but actually paid to a person in another currency.
3. All currency conversions executed by the Company for the purposes of allowing you to deposit and cash-out money from your account shall be executed by the Company at an exchange rate comparable with daily commercial rates offered by banks and credit card companies.
4. Jackpot prizes shall be awarded to the winner, after being validated, in up to 24 monthly instalments if so decided by the Promoter at its sole discretion.

Examples:

• If you wager $500 on Video Slots, the entire $500 (100%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
• If you wager $500 on Roulette, $100 (20%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
