What is our Withdrawal Policy?
As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, we make every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
With regard to all your winnings in relation to roulette, blackjack, video slots or any other casino game greater than £/€/$/30,000, we reserve the right to elect that such amount may be withdrawn in limited installments of up to £/€/$/30,000 (as applicable to your bankroll) or the USD equivalent if your bankroll is in a different currency, per calendar month. However, should you win a jackpot prize (by way of example only on casino slots games, video slots, video poker or any other jackpot game or machine) such jackpot winnings may be awarded to you in up to 24 monthly instalments if so decided by us at our sole discretion.
The withdrawal policy dictates that members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal can be made from their account. This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.
Main Verification Documents
- Photographic ID: A copy of a current photographic ID is required for your first withdrawal request. This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card. Specifically it is the photograph page of the ID that we require for our verification checks. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.
- Credit/Debit Cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit/debit card(s) used to fund your account. Please ensure that all details are clearly legible to enable prompt and accurate verification. For security purposes block the middle eight numbers on the front of the card copy and the 3 digit security code at the back of the card copy.
- Proof of address: This may be submitted in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement. It should be a recent document showing your full name and address as registered on your account with us. If you provide a credit card statement please ensure that you blank out the eight middle numbers of the credit card.
- Notarized documentation: Your documents will need to be authenticated by an appropriate qualified Notary/Solicitor and signed and stamped as proof of legitimacy.
Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above.
The following is an explanation of how the withdrawal process works and 888casino Withdrawal Policy:
At 888casino, the method(s) by which we pay your withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those deposit(s).
When you deposit to your 888casino account by credit, charge or debit card, NETELLER, Skrill, PayPal, you accumulate what we refer to as a positive "Member Transaction Balance"* (please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition), for that particular payment method.
When you request a withdrawal, if possible, your withdrawal will be paid automatically to the payment method(s) for which you have established a positive Member Transaction Balance (please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below).
- On Monday you deposit 50 (in your currency) by Visa credit card;
- On Tuesday you deposit 50 (in your currency) by NETELLER;
- On Wednesday you deposit another 50 (in your currency) by Visa credit card;
- On Thursday you deposit 50 (in your currency) by Skrill;
- On Friday you Deposit 50 (in your currency) by PayPal;
- Your Member Transaction Balance now equals 250 (in your currency):
- 100 on Visa credit card;
- 50 on Skrill;
- 50 on NETELLER;
- 50 on PayPal,
- On Sunday you request a 450 (in your currency) withdrawal.
The first 250 (in your currency) of your withdrawal (up to your Member' Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in a manner such as follows:
- 100 (in your currency) will be paid to your Visa Credit Card Account(s) (please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions below);
- 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your Skrill Account;
- 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your NETELLER Account;
- 50 (in your currency) will be paid to your PayPal Account;
- Your Member Transaction Balance now equals 0.
- Visa credit/debit card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
- NETELLER (if you have deposited to your 888casino account by this payment method in the past), or;
- Skrill (if you have deposited to your 888casino account by this payment method in the past), or;
- PayPal (if you have deposited to your 888casino account by this payment method in the past), or;
- Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK and Europe), or;
- UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your 888casino account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK only), or;

**Visa Credit Card Withdrawals: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, 888casino is not permitted to pay withdrawals to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa credit/debit cards in countries not included in the drop-down list below (non-listed countries), 888casino is not permitted to pay withdrawals to certain Visa credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made using these particular Visa credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their 888casino accounts via these particular Visa credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.
Please see drop-down list below, specifying countries where certain Visa credit/debit card issuers do not permit withdrawals to be paid to Visa credit/debit cards:
**MasterCard/Eurocard withdrawals: due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, 888casino is not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made by MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their 888casino accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.
Please note the following important withdrawal information (pertinent to credit card and Non-credit card users):
Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.
In most cases, withdrawal Payment credits will be posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your deposit(s) to your 888casino account.
Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.
If your withdrawal request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:
- The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods accepted by us is $10/€10/£10/10 CAD.
Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your withdrawal request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous deposits to your 888casino account.
In some cases where account verification is required for completing your request, we will return any pending withdrawals to your bankroll until the verification on your account is complete. If your withdrawal remains in a pending status and is not returned to your bankroll immediately, you will have 7 days to complete your account verification before your withdrawal is reversed and returned to your bankroll.
In the event a member requests to withdraw funds in a currency different from the deposit currency, a conversion rate will be applied based upon the daily commercial rates offered by banks and credit card companies on the day the withdrawal is processed. A special margin to cover our conversion costs may be added to the mid-market commercial conversion rates offered. Once the withdrawal has been processed, the member will be told his withdrawal ID and the amount refunded in both bankroll currency and settle currency.
Note: Please notify us immediately should your credit/debit card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.
We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.
Bonuses may be withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied.
If you attempt to withdraw any funds from your account, you will forfeit all of your Restricted Funds (the total of bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement and any winnings associated with such bonus funds - which includes without limitation, free spins, FreePlay and Jackpot Vouchers) and any related winnings with respect to such which have not been converted to Available Funds (those funds that you have deposited and any winnings derived from such funds as well as any bonus funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements).
In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.

- *The Member Transaction Balance shall be defined as:
- Any total sum a member has deposited to their 888casino account via their Visa credit/debit card(s) (with the exception of certain Visa credit/debit cards - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
- Any total sum a member has deposited to their 888casino account via their NETELLER account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
- Any total sum a member has deposited to their 888casino account via their Skrill account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
- Any total sum a member has deposited to their 888casino account via their PayPal account(s), less previous withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
- Withdrawals shall be automatically paid directly to the following payment method(s), up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) above), and in a manner such as follows:
- Visa credit/debit card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above);
- NETELLER account(s);
- Skrill account(s);
- PayPal account(s).
- Thereafter (once a *Member Transaction Balance, utilizing all payment methods with which that Member has deposited to their 888casino account in the past, has been satisfied - see section one (1) above), that Member may choose, if any exists:
- Visa credit/debit card(s) (in accordance with the withdrawal limit permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
- NETELLER (if you have deposited to your 888casino account by this payment method in the past), or;
- Skrill (if you have deposited to your 888casino account by this payment method in the past), or;
- PayPal (if you have deposited to your 888casino account by this payment method in the past), or;
- Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK), or;
- UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your 888casino account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK. Note: This is the only option for UK issued Visa/Mastercard credit cards to receive over the balance withdrawals.)
